The Elements of this 6-day program are:
- A pre-workshop phase that prepares participants for the program through structured reflection.
- Two x 3-day intensive workshops where the learning is practical, experiential and interactive.
- A practicum phase between the intensive programs, where participants work in peer coaching groups
Refund Policy
If your registration is cancelled or you withdraw from a program less than 60 days before the program
commencement date, a refund will be available only where your position in the course can be filled. An
administration fee will be applied to all cancellations.

We’re thrilled to announce that over 200 participants have already signed up for the Art of Leadership 2025 program – that’s over 60% of total enrolments for the course!
We’re also excited to expand our reach, with Canberra/Queanbeyan, and Riverina (Wagga Wagga) joining our program destinations for 2025. These additions ensure even more leaders across New South Wales can access our signature professional learning program.
